After HP
Remember Jalin Realty in-house competition to find the biggest weight loser. After the 1st cycle we have a winner....and the winner is Mei. She won a fully paid HP package worth RM1,888 for being the Biggest Loser". She lost kg but gained $$$$, what a way to lose weight!
Before she was on Hp, she weigh-in at 85.6kg and her bodyfat % was 51.8%. Now she weighs 78.0 kg with a bodyfat% of 45.4%, a reduction in weight of 7.6 kg and bodyfat% of 6.4%. Her waistline has also gone down to 89.5cm from 97.5cm, an 8cm reduction!
She was so pleased with her results and she intends to continue on her 2nd 45 day cycle soon.
