This photo was taken when our coach, Mabel from Hong Kong came to visit us and shared with us how to select food from the Asian food menu, It is so much easier for us to follow as our eating habits are very similar.

New HP Student- Mr. Mohan, a factory manager
Mohan loves rice, for the past 40 years, he has been eating rice. We ask him to cut off rice totally but he will have problems in term of headache and feeling uneasy. So every day, for at least 1 meal he must have rice.
As this programme is very flexible to cater to the needs of the student provided the student is aware that his progress will not be as good as those who follow 100%. Mohan said he agreed to the change but slowly. Nevertheless after one cycle of not following 100 % to our instruction he has still lost 3kgs, from 71kg to 68kg. More significantly is his body fat % reduced from 41.2% originally to 33%, a drop of 8.2% body fat. His waist line also dropped from 96.5cm to 92.5cm, a drop of 4 cm.

Our overseas HealthPointe business associate visit to Malaysia in 2009
We have the privilege to learn from Dr. Ramesh Babu, a medical doctor and dermatology specialist who came to Malaysia this year to share his experience with HealthPointe advisers and our customers. We express our greatest appreciation to Dr. Ramesh Babu for taking time off from his busy schedule to come to Malaysia. In fact after the talk he had to rush to airport to catch his flight to India due to urgent matter that needed his attention.
Dr.Ramesh Babu realised many doctors were not trained in the field of prevention, their study were mainly on treatment on sickness.
He is a well known HealthPointe coach in the wellness industry. These pictures where takenduring his talk on Healthpointe, why HealthPointe is so important to learn and how to incorporate it as our daily habit.

April Healthpointe activities in Singapore
In April, we have conducted a Healthpointe workshop in Potong Pasir Community club, Singapore for customers. Another session was also held for existing Healthpointe advisers to update them on the latest activities in this region.
The workshop turnout was good, the team did a good job in organising the registration and collection of fees.
At the end of the customers session, most of the customers were interested to join the team as they can see the benefits of Healthpointe. They can't wait to share the good news to their friends.
Later in the evening, we had a dinner outing in one of the local Arab restaurant with the Singapore leaders. Apart from more sharing of experiences and ideas, we also celebrated one of our Singapore's leaders birthday.
In May, we may have another workshop with chief coach, Ms Cheam in Singapore. Our workshops are like a family club outing where we share experiences and build fellowship.

When I came across the HealthPointe programme around two years ago, I was looking for a programme to improve my health. I am an outdoor person, I like to play games such as tennis, golf and swimming. As age is catching up, our metabolic rate slows down and my tummy is getting out of proportion.
I like to look good and stay healthy.When HealthPointe was introduced into Malaysia around two years ago, I signed up for the trainers workshop and attended the training.
The good thing about HealthPointe is that I was not going on a dieting programme, infact I was eating real food but in many small portions a day so that I never felt hungry. I discovered how my body utilise the food and burn fat. I learn how to manage stress, food cravings and gain knowledge and develop a skill to help me to focus and commit to new and healthier habits.
Now my weight is maintained at my optimal level, I am 1.66 meter and my weight is 66.5kg, BMI=24. My weight used to be around 72kg.
Even if I go for a big buffet and eat ice cream and chocolate once a month, my weight never go above 1.5kg above my ideal weight and my bodyfat % is maintained at 22 %. My old bodyfat % was around 26%.
Good thing about HealthPointe is the skill and knowledge that I gained that I can use for life and be able to maintain my weight without worrying about any rebound.
There are many programmes in the market, I believe they work except I have to go back to the center regularly. With the HealthPointe programme, once I've learned, it becomes part of my daily habit and I can use it for life. Just like learning how to swim, once I know how to swim, I can swim forever.

We are looking for more people to help, be it health reason or take it as a business and become our Healthpointe advisor/coach.

Melaka's 1st HP Workshop
Melaka's 1st HP Workshop
Venue: Everly Resort Hotel, Melaka
Date: 7th April 2009
Time: 8.00pm
If any of you have not driven along the coastal road to Malacca , you should try the route, It took us about one hour and 20 minutes from Subang Jaya to arrive at our destination with the aid of a GARMIN, GPS navigator tracking device.
About 20 people attended the workshop. Our chief coach, Ms Cheam Shaw Jean gave a very informative talk and the participants were attentive and taking notes.The hotel look impressive and the meeting room was well equipped complete with a flip chart, sound system, projectors and well as some healthy tidbits. On display, were some of the HP materials including the weighing scale and the HP starter pack.
At the end of session, the participants measured their body fat % and their weight . Some were surprised with their body fat %.
Overall, it was an exciting workshop and the hotel setting was very conducive. Maybe we should organize an outing to come here for our weekend HP retreat.
