This photo was taken when our coach, Mabel from Hong Kong came to visit us and shared with us how to select food from the Asian food menu, It is so much easier for us to follow as our eating habits are very similar.
Thank to Mabel for a wonderful job in helping our Malaysian and Singapore teams to gain a better insight of the Healthpointe programme.
