Mohan loves rice, for the past 40 years, he has been eating rice. We ask him to cut off rice totally but he will have problems in term of headache and feeling uneasy. So every day, for at least 1 meal he must have rice.
As this programme is very flexible to cater to the needs of the student provided the student is aware that his progress will not be as good as those who follow 100%. Mohan said he agreed to the change but slowly. Nevertheless after one cycle of not following 100 % to our instruction he has still lost 3kgs, from 71kg to 68kg. More significantly is his body fat % reduced from 41.2% originally to 33%, a drop of 8.2% body fat. His waist line also dropped from 96.5cm to 92.5cm, a drop of 4 cm.
